How to Make a Payment

Mail check or cashiers check with your account number to:

Email us the one time payment form. You will receive a receipt via email.

Fax over the one time payment form to 877-679-0857.  You will receive a receipt via email if your email address is provided.

Call 206-686-0006 ​and we can do a check over the phone.

Click Customer Log In. Your username and password are located on your payment coupons.  If you can not find your username and password call during normal business hours and we will provide for you.

​You can make a payment with your credit card or checking account information.  You must log on line to make a payment with a credit card.

Fill out the ACH form then email us or ax (877-679-0857) to CPF​. Receipt of confirmation will be sent.
